Lee Seung-gi Visits Children’s Hospital Where He Donated 2 Billion Won “First Public Father-Daughter Photos”

On December 16, Herald POP reported that Lee Seung-gi personally visited the Seoul National University Children’s Hospital alongside his daughter.
Previously, Lee Seung-gi posted several photos on his social media account along with the caption, “Wishing health and happiness to all the children in the world.”
While speculation arose regarding whether the baby in the photos was his daughter, it has now been confirmed that the child is indeed the daughter of Lee Seung-gi and actress Lee Da-in. This was not an official schedule but a private visit, making it even more special as this marks the first time Lee Seung-gi publicly shared photos with his daughter.

Lee Seung-gi previously displayed his philanthropic influence by donating 5 billion won to various causes, excluding legal fees from his lawsuit with his former agency Hook Entertainment. Of this amount, 2 billion won was donated to Seoul National University Children’s Hospital. In the shared photos, Lee Seung-gi’s name can also be seen engraved on the hospital wall, commemorating his generous contribution.
Lee Seung-gi married actress Lee Da-in, the daughter of veteran actress Kyeon Mi-ri, in 2023. The couple welcomed their daughter in February this year.
Lee Seung-gi is currently meeting audiences through his movie “About Family”.
Meanwhile, in the press conference for “About Family”, Lee Seung-gi mentioned his in-laws controversy.

Previously, Lee Seung-gi hinted at taking legal action against malicious comments related to the stock manipulation controversy surrounding his father-in-law, who is the husband of actress Kyeon Mi-ri. Questions regarding this matter were raised at the event.
Addressing the issue, Lee Seung-gi said, “It seems my statement that ‘family is not at fault’ may have caused some misunderstanding. What I’ve consistently said is that ‘the in-laws’ matters are their own’. Since getting married, my wife and I have established an independent household. I don’t feel it’s appropriate to go into further detail on this topic, and I intend to be more cautious going forward.”
